Reliance Industries celebrates Ram Temple consecration with India, activates special services for devotees & pilgrims
On Ayodhya’s Ram Temple consecration ceremony on Monday, 22 January, special puja will be held at various temples at Reliance premises across the country. Also, Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail have activated several special services to the benefit of devotees, pilgrims of Lord Ram.
All the members of the Ambani family will be personally present at Ayodhya to witness “once in an era” ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony on Ram Temple.
It is worth mentioning that Reliance Industries is one of the first private organisations in India to declare a holiday on 22 January to enable the lakhs of Reliance colleagues and families to celebrate and join the devotional ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of Shir Ram Lala.
Special Puja in temples at Reliance premises
Special puja will be performed at various temples in Reliance facilities in Mumbai, Jamnagar, Dahej, Nagothane, Hazira, Silvassa, Halol, Hoshiarpur, Nagpur, Shahdol, Kakinada and various other locations on the day of consecration ceremony at Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Reliance Jio special services for Lord Ram devotees
Jio will connect one and all during the important event. Jio’s True4G and Standalone 5G networks have been upgraded in Ayodhya.
Reliance Jio has set up additional towers across the city for enhanced and seamless network. Multiple Cells on Wheels (CoWs) have also been placed across key locations for ubiquitous connectivity.
Charging stations have been set up across key paths to help visitors charge their devices constantly. Some of these charging stations will be permanent installations in Ayodhya.
Also, ‘May I Help You’ desks have been set up at important locations. Water and refreshments will be provided by consumer products division to the people manning these desks. Also, these desks will have Jio Wi-fi connectivity.
Jio TV & Jio News services for devotees of Lord Ram
Jio in collaboration with Doordarshan will bring the exclusive live telecast of the historic Ram Mandir ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony to hundreds of millions of viewers across the nation. Through this partnership, Jio will provide viewers with Live feed of the ceremony, real-time updates via different news channels, detailed ceremony insights, expert comments, and in-depth analysis.
“This collaboration ensures that Jio customers have front-row seats to witness this historic event from the comfort of their homes,” Reliance said.
Jio also aims to keep its subscribers abreast of every significant aspect, all the latest developments by creating an inclusive and engaged viewing experience surrounding the Ram Mandir ‘Pran Pratisthan’ ceremony.
JioTV will provide customers with comprehensive details about the ceremony, including rituals, traditions, and cultural significance. This exclusive content will deepen the audience’s understanding and appreciation of this auspicious occasion.

• Murals on the main path
– Consumer products division will beautify a section of the main path leading to the Ram Mandir with thematic murals from the Ramayana. (awaiting more information and visuals on these)

– Distribution of diyas to all visitors to the Smart Bazaar and Smart Point stores in Ayodhya.
– Seva for pilgrims / devotees by distributing tea at kiosks set up outside the stores in Ayodhya.
